The HearUSA Hearing Care Professional (HCP) and Client Experience Specialist (CES) Advisory Boards were established in 2022. Members of the boards collaborate with senior leadership to provide feedback on client care and business initiatives, ensuring all employee voices are heard. They help shape the organization’s future while supporting HearUSA’s commitment to Simply Excellent Hearing Care.

Hearing Care Professionals Advisory Board

Sabrina Lee | Chair

Sabrina Lee, AuD, is the Audiologist at HearUSA in Hicksville, NY, and has been a member of the HCP Advisory Board since 2023.

Sabrina found her passion for Audiology while learning American Sign Language as a teenager. With a technology background, Sabrina specializes in hearing aid dispensing and vestibular assessment. She holds a Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Florida.

Adam Bernstein

Adam Bernstein, HAS, is the Hearing Aid Specialist at HearUSA in Coconut Creek, FL, and has been a member of the HCP Advisory Board since 2024.

With more than 30 years of experience in the hearing industry, Adam earned a degree in Journalism from the University of Minnesota. He began his career in marketing at a hearing aid manufacturer before opening and selling two successful private practices in Illinois and Wisconsin. In 2022, he transitioned to become a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist, improving clients’ lives through better hearing.

AJ Surrette

AJ Surrette, HAS, is the Hearing Aid Specialist at HearUSA in Edmonds, WA, and has been a member of the HCP Advisory Board since 2024.

She joined HearUSA in 2018 as a Client Experience Specialist before transitioning to a Hearing Care Professional. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a passion for helping people hear better, AJ studied Audiology at The University of Manchester in the UK. She is committed to Simply Excellent Hearing Care and enjoys teaching clients how to make the most of their hearing aids!

Ashley Pearce

Ashley Pearce, HAS, is the Hearing Aid Specialist at HearUSA in Sandy Springs, GA, and has been a member of the HCP Advisory Board since 2023.

With a background in 911 emergency communications, Ashley transitioned her passion for helping others into the hearing care industry. Her commitment to improving people's hearing began during her first hearing aid fitting when she witnessed her client's face light up. Ashley prioritizes client care, driven by her lifelong commitment to enhancing people's quality of life.

Natalie Calderon

Natalie Calderon, AuD, is the Audiologist at HearUSA in Claremont, CA, and has been a member of the HCP Advisory Board since 2023.

Natalie discovered her passion for Audiology during her undergraduate Speech-Language Pathology coursework. She holds a Doctorate in Audiology from San Diego State University and the University of California San Diego. While Natalie fits hearing aid clients across the full life span, she specializes in pediatrics.

Stephanie Jaffe

Stephanie Jaffe, AuD, is the Audiologist at HearUSA in Augusta, GA, and has been a member of the HCP Advisory Board since 2024.

Stephanie is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives through Simply Excellent Hearing Care. She earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Nova Southeastern University in 2022 and helps clients enhance their social engagement and independence through better hearing.

Client Experience Specialists Advisory Board

Elyse Tirella | Chair

Elyse Tirella is the Hearing Aid Specialist at HearUSA in Orlando, FL, and has been a member of the CES Advisory Board since 2023.

Elyse’s journey in hearing care began in 2021 as a Client Experience Specialist at HearUSA, where she discovered her passion for witnessing the joy of first-time hearing aid wearers. This sparked her interest in hearing aid technology and ear anatomy, ultimately leading her to become a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist. The reaction of first-time hearing aid users continues to renew her love for helping people hear better.

Arianna Sanchez

Arianna Sanchez is the Client Experience Specialist at HearUSA in Miami, FL, and has been a member of the CES Advisory Board since 2024.

Her passion for helping people through better hearing is reflected in her dedication to both client care and supporting her colleagues' growth. Arianna has been with HearUSA for two years and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Business Operations.

Courtney Gettle

Courtney Gettle is the Field Support Coordinator for HearUSA's Mountain Region, and she has been a member of the CES Advisory Board since 2024.

Courtney’s passion for helping people through better hearing is evident through her dedication to client care and field expertise. She offers valuable insights into processes and contributes to initiatives that enhance client experiences and support HearUSA’s growth.

Crystal Cobb

Crystal Cobb is the Client Experience Specialist at HearUSA in Atlanta, GA, and has been a member of the CES Advisory Board since 2023.

Crystal attended Clark Atlanta University before her passion for making a difference led her to the hearing care industry. Currently learning American Sign Language, HearUSA allows her to connect with those with hearing loss. She values the relationships she's built with her colleagues since joining the HearUSA team in 2021.

Jamie Crowley

Jamie Crowley is the Client Experience Specialist at HearUSA in Sugar Land, TX, and has been a member of the CES Advisory Board since 2024.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Arts in Communication and Leadership. With three years of experience in the hearing care industry, Jamie is dedicated to being a leader who positively impacts clients.

Julia Eberly

Julia Eberly is the Client Experience Specialist at HearUSA in Hemet, CA, and has been a member of the CES Advisory Board since 2023.

Julia joined the HearUSA team in 2019, motivated by her passion for helping people. Her favorite aspect of working at HearUSA is witnessing the impact on people's lives. She finds fulfillment in observing the positive changes for clients themselves or for the family members or friends who have been struggling with their loved one's hearing loss.

Madison Argento

Madison Argento is the Client Experience Specialist and Team Lead for HearUSA's Mountain District, and has been a member of the CES Advisory Board since 2024.

Her passion for hearing care began in high school when she took American Sign Language (ASL), inspiring her to pursue a career in the field. Madison is dedicated to driving positive changes that support HearUSA’s goal of being the Best Place to Work.
