Do I need to sign up?
No sign up required. You are enrolled in the program if you purchase a hearing aid, provide a valid mobile phone number and email address; and opt-in to receive HearUSA communications.
What is HearUSA Loyalty Club?
Purchasing hearing aids can be a significant financial investment. The HearUSA Loyalty Club membership is to show you our commitment to making sure you get the care and service needed following your hearing aid fitting, at no additional fee.
Additionally, as a Loyalty Club member, you will be given exclusive access to some exciting offers and promotions.
How do I qualify?
Purchase of a HearUSA product, a valid email address, mobile phone number, and opt-in for HearUSA communications are required to qualify for the HearUSA Loyalty Club.

Does my membership expire?
There is no expiration date; however, if you decide to return your hearing aids, this will terminate the membership.
What happens if I return my hearing aid?
Is the program retroactive? If I purchased in the past, am I already qualified?
If I choose not to opt-in for communications, will I not be able to join or receive program benefits?

How does HearUSA protect my personal information?
1) Purchase of a HearUSA product, a valid email address, mobile phone number, and opt-in for HearUSA communications are required to qualify for the HearUSA Loyalty Club. Loyalty Club membership hearing aid purchase qualification applies to purchases April 3, 2023, or later. Only applies to prescription hearing aids purchased through HearUSA (excludes any purchase where HearUSA is 3rd party dispenser of the hearing aid being purchased). Excludes over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aids. Loyalty Club discounts cannot be combined with insurance or any government health care program, including (but not limited to) Medicare, Medicaid or Tricare; and cannot be combined with other offers or items already on sale (e.g., 30% off offers). Membership to the HearUSA Loyalty Club not required for financing.

3) Example: A 48-month term, with Signia 7AX at 40% off, is $5,996 amount financed at 24.99% APR, requires monthly payments of $198.78. Regular monthly payment amounts will not pay off loan to qualify for waived interest. To have interest waived, the full amount financed must be paid within 18 months. Program minimum amount financed is $450. Offer is subject to credit approval by Synchrony Bank.
