Jessica Tamayo brings over a decade of experience in the hearing care industry to HearUSA in Lake Nona, which she joined in January 2023.

Jessica’s career journey is defined by her versatility and commitment to communication. She spent four years as a court reporter before transitioning into hearing health, where she first worked in a bilingual front-office role. Her passion for client care led her to an apprenticeship program, which helped her successfully transition from administrative support to a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist.

Jessica was born in Massachusetts but remains deeply connected to her Colombian roots. Her multicultural background and technical expertise allows her to provide highly personalized care to a diverse range of clients. Whether she’s doing a hearing screening or fitting the latest technology, Jessica is known for her warm, friendly approach and ensures that every patient feels heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.
