For example, a single hearing aid regularly priced at $3,249.50 would be discounted to $2,437.13 with this promotion. This promotion runs from 11/18/2024 through 12/31/2024. Exclusions include non-WSA hearing aids and CROS devices. This promotional discount can only be applied to transactions where the invoice is completely paid for by cash, credit or other financing and cannot be combined with any insurance benefits, insurance discounts or other discount plans. This offer is not valid on prior purchases and cannot be applied retroactively. Additional terms and conditions may apply see center for details. 

Return hearing aids for a refund within 60 days of purchase. Only applies to prescription hearing aids purchased through HearUSA (excludes any purchase where HearUSA is 3rd party dispenser of the hearing aid being purchased). Excludes Sony over the counter (OTC) hearing aids. Valid on purchases made October 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. In the event you decide to return the prescription hearing aids within the 60-day trial period, you will receive a refund of the total purchase price in the same manner that you paid for the prescription hearing aids, upon return of the prescription hearing aids in good working condition, less any charges permitted by the state of purchase. 


2) The price match guarantee can be applied on purchases of HearUSA affiliated branded (Signia, Widex and Rexton) products of a comparable level of technology.  Only for prescription hearing aid devices. Excludes over-the-counter (OTC), personal sound amplifiers (PSAPs), and used/refurbished hearing aids. Price match guarantee cannot be combined with insurance or any government health care program, including (but not limited to) Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare; and cannot be combined with other offers or items already on sale (e.g., buy one get one offers).  Does not apply to any financing offers, coupon offers, online, special group, or membership pricing client received at competitors.


To qualify, the client must present a written quote or invoice from a HearUSA competitor that includes product and pricing details, manufacturer and model of hearing aids, and the location where the quote was obtained. Quote must be provided at the time of purchase and may not be applied to any previous purchases.


Written quotes or invoices may not be from a competitor outside 50 of miles of HearUSA center where the client visits..

3) A 3-year comprehensive total care service package (the "Package"), a value of $3,000, is included with the purchase of two Eligible Hearing Aids only. The Package only applies to Eligible Hearing Aids purchased through HearUSA (excludes any purchase where HearUSA is 3rd party dispenser of the hearing aid being purchased). This offer excludes over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aids. Service package includes 3 years of annual service, adjustments and care, and maintenance. See center for full details on the Package.
