Signia hearing aids - use and care

Prepare the Hearing Aid: Identify the left and right aids; blue for the left and red for the right.

Position the Earpiece: Gently align the earpiece with the ear canal, using your other hand to pull the ear back to help with insertion lightly.

Secure the Hearing Aid: Place the body of the hearing aid behind the ear and adjust for comfort.

Hold the Hearing Aid: Grasp the body of the hearing aid behind the ear with your fingers.

Pull the Earpiece: Gently pull the earpiece out of the ear canal.

Put Down the Hearing Aid: Carefully place the hearing aid down to avoid dropping or damaging it.

Insert the battery: Ensure the battery is properly inserted and the battery door is closed. For rechargeable models, make sure they are fully charged.

Activate: For most models, closing the battery compartment will automatically turn the hearing aid on. Some models might have a button that you press to turn them on.

Battery Door: Open the battery compartment door. This disconnects the battery and powers down the hearing aid.

Rechargeable Models: For rechargeable hearing aids, simply place them in their charging station, and they will turn off automatically.
