When the Hear USA office closest to me closed, I was reluctant to go to one that takes an hour to drive to. But I'm glad I did, as the same benefits were available, and I was given a lot more information about using my hearing aids than I already had.

I was notified on my phone about upgrade my software for my hearing aids device. It’s took me about 3 weeks to get appointment, then when time for appointment it’s was so painless to get Chad to get all softwares updated. Chad was very professional, courteous, and friendly. And they treat you very friendly. I love this place. Yc
