My experience at Hear USA is uniformly good. The people who work there are polite, professional, knowledgeable and always able to solve my problem. There is little or no waiting time, although I rarely make an appointment. . Unfortunately, my hearting aids are off warranty, so I must pay for certain things. But most kinds of adjustments are free. I short, I am very pleased with HEAR USA
