The staff was great and was not busy at all.

I highly recommend this location and Dr. Brown. He and his office staff worked hard to get my son the hearing aids he needed. It was a long journey but my son got what he needed and in the bright red color he wanted! Thank you Dr. Brown!

I recently purchased hearing aids from HEAR USA Griffin and am very pleased with the examination, the knowledge of Rynda, who promptly and satisfactorily answered my questions, as well as good fitting and programing. Griffin needs such a hearing service such as Rynda gives at HEARUSA.

I have had excellent service from my first visit and I couldn't be happier, I've had to go back a couple of times and they have taken the time to show me how to hook up hearing aids with my telephone and answer all my questions. I never have felt rushed at all . I would highly recommend!
